Josh’s construction experience spans 19+ years in the industry, including leading several projects across multiple sectors including hospitality, institutional, healthcare, pharmaceutical, industrial/power, and mixed-use properties. In the last five years, Josh has led the execution of $150M in development. Among many large-scale projects, Josh’s most notable achievements include the Bottleworks Hotel, the Garage at the Bottleworks District, the Fishers Police Station and Riley Hospital Simon Family Tower.
