Senior Accountant Dan Levy
Dan is the Senior Accountant at New City Development, responsible for tactical support of both corporate and portfolio assets under management, including financial reporting, budgeting and cash management.
Dan is the Senior Accountant at New City Development, responsible for tactical support of both corporate and portfolio assets under management, including financial reporting, budgeting and cash management.
With over six years of experience, Dan began his career in public accounting. During this time, he managed general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and tax return preparation for a diverse portfolio of small businesses and international clients. Later, he joined a Real Estate Investment Trust as a Senior Accountant, where he meticulously reviewed and analyzed general ledger and financial statements for retail properties and their associated entities.
Dan earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University out of IUPUI, double majoring in accounting and finance and minoring in economics. In addition to his professional achievements, he proudly served as a combat veteran of the United States Army Airborne Infantry. Currently, Dan serves on the Board of Directors for the Institute of Management Accounting – Indianapolis Chapter.
