Isaac Bamgbose

Isaac Bamgbose is the Founder of New City Development Partners, and as President & CEO oversees the strategic planning and execution of the company’s ambitious vision.

As a serial entrepreneur and business leader, Isaac has deployed development strategies that have led to tremendous value creation for communities and investors alike. Isaac’s uncanny ability to instill confidence with investors, partners, and community is grounded in the integrity by which he operates, ability to execute, an acute attention to detail, and an authentic desire to see a thriving Indiana.

Isaac’s career began at Hendricks Commercial Properties where he executed over $500 million in real estate development, including the Ironworks Hotel & Apartments, and the iconic Bottle Works District. Both projects continue to win awards and elevate the profile of Indianapolis to this day. In fact, the Bottleworks District made Time magazine’s list of World’s Greatest Places in 2021 – a feat that Indianapolis has never achieved.

Today, Isaac’s leadership of the marquee, $300 million Hobbs Station project has positioned New City Development Partners to deliver on its promise of deploying transformational real estate development that enriches communities and elevates standards. This master planned development will thoughtfully feature mixed-use multifamily with ground floor retail, senior living, single-family homes, office, and industrial uses.

Isaac’s talents were celebrated when he was inducted into the Indianapolis Business Journal Forty under 40 cohort in 2019. Further, he believes in giving back and being of impact by serving his community. As such, Isaac has served on several impactful boards such as the Indy Chamber board, NBA All-Star Committee, and the Beloit College Board of Trustees to name a few. Currently, he serves on the Newfields’ Board of Governors, and PATTERN Magazine.
