Director of Community and Engagement Steve Coyle
Steve serves as Director of Community and Engagement at Polk Stables, NCD’s mixed use coworking and event destination in Indianapolis. He leads tenant and member experience, programming, and the partnerships that activate the property as a hub for founders, operators, and community leaders. His work anchors the placemaking philosophy that defines NCD’s approach to development, where real estate, relationships, and local impact move together. Throughout his career, Steve has held nonprofit executive and startup leadership roles, stepping in to build systems, stabilize operations, and strengthen revenue and stakeholder relationships. Steve also brings experience in capital and donor development, leadership coaching, and organizational strategy as a certified Next Level Nonprofit Coach.
